The Loft offers you a choice of private rooms
for any occasion.
Of the three areas which can provide a private setting, our personal
favorite is The Downtown Room. This room can comfortably seat
30 - 40 guests with a great view of The Ohio River and the downtown
Evansville skyline. The room is well suited for parties such as anniversaries,
birthdays, wedding rehearsal dinners, and pharmaceutical events. White
table cloths, candles and fresh flowers adorn every table to complete
an atmosphere stark with beauty and comfort.
For parties of 30 - 60 we may recommend our Main Dining Room.
While this is the perfect spot for a night out we do offer the main
dining room for private parties. With an elegant dining area and an
all oak bar this room is perfect for bridal showers, larger family gatherings,
and holiday parties. For office or business meetings our event coordinator
can help in getting AV equipment rented and delivered on the day of
your event.
Weather permitting, our Outside Patio comfortably seats parties of 30
- 40 guests. Facing nearly due west, our patio provides the best vantage
point to enjoy a gorgeous southern Indiana sunset. Whether you are trying
to find the best spot to view Thunder on the Ohio, Fireworks on the
4th, or a glimpse of our neighbor the WWII warship LST 325 -- our patio
is the place to be.
Banquet Menu
When designing a banquet menu we had you, the guest, in mind. We offer
a very classic style, a more traditional buffet style, and the most
popular, family style.
Classic style is exactly what you would expect, ordering off
of the dinner menu individually. Another way is choosing from 1-3 items
off the menu and letting your guests decide. Menu prices are used in
the billing of this menu.
Buffet style is one of the more casual ways to dine and maybe
advantageous when you are planning a large party. When choosing buffet
style, simply choose the items you would like on the buffet from the
attached menu.
Family style, the most popular selection, is a very effective
way to give your guest the widest variety of menu items. When setting
up the family style menu you choose the price range you like and make
your selections from the appropriate menu. Each family style menu has
a set amount of appetizers, salads, and entrees giving your guests a
great dining experience.

Understanding the coordination of an event can be time consuming, our
staff is well equipped to assist you with the little things. Below is
